What We Offer

Spring Opening Service (Kevätavauspalvelu)

We’ll get your cottage ready for summer comfort and activities.

💧 Reconnect water systems

Turn on the water supply
Flush pipes and check for leaks
Clean/check the well or water tanks
Test water heater and filters

⚡ Restore electricity

Turn on power and check fuses
Test lights, appliances, and sauna heater
Recharge/install solar batteries if applicable

🎣 Outdoor setup

Take out boats, grills, and terrace furniture
Set up hammocks, outdoor seating, and summer gear

🧺 Essential restocking

Stock up on basic supplies (if provided)
Refill mosquito repellents or other essentials

Autumn Closing Service (Syyssulkemispalvelu)

We’ll ensure your cottage is protected and properly shut down for the long winter.

🧼 Clean and empty key appliances

Empty and clean the fridge/ freezer
Unplug and leave doors open
Remove all trash and perishable items

💧 Drain water systems

Turn off water and fully drain pipes
Empty heaters, dishwashers, and toilets
Add eco-friendly antifreeze to drains/toilets

🔌 Power down electrical systems

Switch off main power (if requested)
Unplug appliances and remove batteries
Safely manage solar or alarm systems

🔒 Secure the property

Lock all doors and windows
Close shutters or protect windows

Emergency Checks

Rapid response service following severe storms, heavy snowfall, or freezing events. Includes visual inspection of the property's exterior and interior (if access permitted), followed by a detailed photo report sent directly to you. One Seasonal Service: Choose either a comprehensive Spring Opening Service or a thorough Autumn Closing Service.
Basic Exterior Check: A visual inspection of doors, windows, and roof for obvious issues.
Digital Report: A detailed checklist provided via email after the service.

CabinReady Enhanced – €449

Our most popular option for year-round essential cabin care, providing complete seasonal transitions and crucial peace of mind with an included emergency check.

Two Seasonal Services: Includes both a full Autumn Closing Service and a full Spring Opening Service.
Comprehensive Shutdown & Opening: All detailed steps of both the Autumn Closing and Spring Opening services are covered.
Photo Updates: Regular photo updates via WhatsApp during and after visits.
Basic Firewood Management: Essential handling of firewood on-site.
One Emergency Check: One Emergency Check per year following significant weather events or unexpected issues, providing a visual inspection and photo report.

Our most comprehensive package, offering total convenience and maximum security with full seasonal services, multiple emergency checks, and personalized support.

Additional Emergency Check: A second Emergency Check per year, giving you a total of two proactive checks when you need them most.
Full Firewood Service: Complete firewood stacking and kindling setup for immediate use.
