Terms of Service for CabinReady

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CabinReady ("we," "our," or "us") through our website located at https://www.cabinready.fi (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

1. Services Provided

CabinReady offers remote cabin care services in Finland, including but not limited to seasonal maintenance (spring opening, autumn closing), emergency checks, and optional add-ons like firewood delivery and quality testing. A detailed description of our services and packages is available on our Site.

2. Service Area

Currently, CabinReady primarily serves properties within the Pirkanmaa region. We are expanding our service areas. For properties outside Pirkanmaa, please contact us directly to discuss potential special arrangements.

3. Booking and Payments

• Booking: Services can be booked through our Site's contact form or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
• Pricing: Prices for packages and services are listed on our Site. Optional add-ons may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon prior to service delivery.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or invoice. Full payment is generally expected upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Access to Property

You agree to provide CabinReady with necessary and safe access to your cabin property for the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, providing keys, access codes, or arranging for access during scheduled visits. You acknowledge that failure to provide adequate access may result in delays or inability to perform the requested services, and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations by User: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and potential fees will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Cancellations by CabinReady: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, emergencies, or personnel unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience or offer a full refund for the unfulfilled service.

6. Limitation of Liability

CabinReady will perform services with professional diligence and care. However, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CabinReady and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the courts of Finland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
